Pursuant to the mandate of the University of the Philippines Diliman Ad Hoc Committee on Open Data to administer and implement the provisions of the Open Data Policy of the University of the Philippines Diliman, and to monitor and ensure compliance of the campus with the Government’s standards for Open Data, the following rules and regulations are hereby promulgated to effectively implement the provisions of the Policy:
These rules and regulations shall be known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Open Data Policy of the University of the Philippines Diliman.
